i was absolutely thrilled to stay here, but the room was dreadfully noisy due to plumbing that sounded like a herd of angry elephants, and the thick pillows? simply unbearable. i almost received a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but it never happened. such a letdown! it had great potential, but still, it failed me.
