Fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be adjacent to airport before checking out, and the main station thanks to great location. There were stylish, immaculate rooms with an amazing view. The service was helpful with parking nearby.

Simply unbearable. I almost received a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but it never happened. Such a letdown! It had great potential, but still, it failed me.

I was blown away by the convenience of being right near the fine Naples Cathedral. The high ceilings in my room added a special touch, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy some people-watching. Plus, the team was helpful in suggesting local spots that really enhanced my experience. Finding the entrance at night was a bit tricky.
